Return rules
All items sold by Shelly Digital are as described. We inspect each item before shipping, so we guarantee its quality.
If the purchased item did not match, it can be replaced or returned within 14 days.
The following conditions must be met when returning the goods:
The returned goods must be in the original neat packaging;
The goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;
The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (undamaged label, peel-off protective film, etc.);
